Overview

IVIO needed a modern landing page to present memberships, court reservations, and coaching services in a clear and conversion-focused way. The goal was to improve user clarity, increase court booking intent, and make service discovery faster across devices.

Challenge

  • Service information was distributed across multiple sections without strong hierarchy
  • Booking and membership actions competed with each other
  • Club credibility signals (courts, coaches, members, facilities) were not framed as trust drivers
  • Operating hours and practical access details were not fully structured for fast scanning

Solution / Process

Reframed the page into a conversion-first flow: Hero → Services → Stats → Club Info → Coaches → Offer → Pricing → CTA

Standardized service blocks (Court Rentals, Private Coaching, Youth Programs) with action-oriented labels

Positioned performance metrics as trust indicators (14 Courts, 18 Coaches, 300+ Members, 2 Gyms)

Added a focused booking offer ($15/HR Reserve a Court) to reduce decision friction

Improved content readability with concise section copy and clearer action paths

Results

Stronger clarity between primary actions: join, reserve, and explore coaching

Better visual scannability for first-time visitors

Improved trust perception through structured club metrics and coach visibility

Reusable landing-page framework for future sports or membership-based campaigns

CASE SUMMARY

A generic sports layout was transformed into a structured, conversion-oriented tennis club experience with clearer hierarchy, stronger trust cues, and a focused booking journey.
